Agitator

Shows a duplex 2205 stainless steel hub, agitator fan blades and nuts and bolts for Caustic White Liquor Tanks. This replaces parts that were fabricated of 316 stainless steel. Cast duplex 2205 was chosen to increase the resistance to erosion and corrosion in these applications.

Port Rodder

Consumable port rodder tips for Anthony Ross Style Machines.  The tips cast in high temperature, heat resistant stainless steel cleans boiler window openings to ensure proper air flow.

Pipe Cross

Pipe Cross for a batch digester in a pulp and paper mill.  Cast in Austenitic CF8M stainless steel, the pipe is tested chemically and mechanically to 600psi.

Track Pad

326-pound track pad for a Marietta Style Mining Machine used in the potash industry. I'ANCO worked in close conjunction with the end user to develop a unique material solution to solve pre-mature casting failures that were previously occurring. These pads are used to move the mining machine down underground tunnels to the cutting face.

Impressifiner Bar

I'ANCO Products Ltd. produces Impressifiner bars for CTMP screw presses in Cobalt Alloy 6. These bars are investment cast to near net shape and then precision ground to the precise gap and taper tolerances required. In addition to the staining bars we also produce the breaker bars required for these units. Currently these parts have been produced in 17-4-PH and are precision machined to allow for the best fit possible. If required, complete re-build service for these units can be provided. This would include cleaning and liquid die penetrant inspection of the cages, any up-grades and machining required, installation of the bars and final inspection prior to shipping.
