This load of track pads is destined for a Canadian underground Pot Ash mine. 

 

The castings are produced in Low Alloy Steel then quenched and tempered to stringent material specifications.

 

Cast in I'ANCO MT100 alloy steel, these Track Pads provide optimum performance in the harsh operating conditions of an underground Pot Ash mine. 

 

Cast steel alloy Crawler Track Pads for Marrietta 780-AW4 tunneling machines that are used for underground mining operations in the potash industry. 

The Track Pads are 326 lbs each and are assembled with case hardened pins at I'ANCO's manufacturing facility.

 

I'ANCO worked with the end user to develop a unique cast material as a solution to the premature failures that they were previously experiencing.

 

I'ANCO cast 17-4 precipitation hardened stainless steel Nozzle for pulp mill black liquor. 

The Nozzle resides inside the boiler and sprays liquor off the bottom splash plate to be consumed by the burner.

I'ANCO assisted in redesigning the previously fabricated nozzle to include a cast integral elbow that minimizes the number of threaded joints and extends the life span from 2-3 months to 6-8 months with the new cast design.

I'ANCO cast 317L stainless steel Steaming Elbow complete with 6" bottom inlet and raised head flanges. 

Flanges are machined to suit 150 psi pipe flanges and the entire unit is pressure tested prior to delivery.

 

I'ANCO offers both chemical and mechanical foundry certifications as well as NDT reports, as specified for all castings.

These Energy Grates, for a traveling boiler grate system, rotate in alternating clockwise and counterclockwise direction to distribute ash from the power boiler.

 

The tool steel casting has eliminated fatigue failures found in the original parts and provides a higher hardness for extended, maintenance free service.

 

To date, no failures have been discovered  since 2003.

I'ANCO cast super duplex 2205 stainless steel Agitator Hub for caustic liquor tanks. 

The Hub is precision machined, to suit the liquor tank shaft, and fitted with bolt-on 2205 stainless steel blades.

 

The cast 2205 material is an improvement upon the standard fabricated 316 SS due to it's increased resistance to both erosion and corrosion in this application.

The cast ductile iron Arms were supplied for a renovation of a Downtown Vancouver office building. 

 

The Arms were supplied with a primer coat of paint, ready for assembly onto the main beam.

These casting were produced for the general contractor building the Richmond Olympic Oval. 

 

Both the top and bottom anchor assemblies were cast in low alloy steel and fully machined and primed before final installation at the construction site.

This 5,000 lb Trunnion Roller is used on a Lime Kiln at a Pulp Mill in British Columbia. 

 

The shaft is installed with a FN2 shrink fit.

These Clips are used to hold boiler tubes in place while allowing for heat expansion of the tubes. 

 

They are cast in high temperature stainless stainless steel and come with the weld preps already provided for quick installation.

The cast stainless steel Lag Bolts were created for an architectural design firm's new roofing installation at a University expansion project. 

 

The design company provided the conceptual shape and I'ANCO completed the design to allow for an economical production process.

This Felt Roll Holder uses a cast stainless steel 'U' shaped insert welded to a fabricated carbon steel frame work. 

 

This material change was required to combat a corrosion problem encountered in the pulp forming end of the mill.

These Carrying Rollers are for a manganese Apron Feeder. 

 

The rolls are cast in manganese steel then mounted in a cast alloy steel support bracket.
